TAS COURIER TERMS
These terms govern use of TAS Courier, a secure message-delivery platform by The TAS Guy, LLC, and its related service notifications.
By accessing or using TAS Courier, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms. TAS Courier supports authorized secure-message delivery and related notifications for answering services, organizations, and their authorized recipients.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your account or access credentials, and ensuring that each person using your account is authorized. Do not share access or use the service to access another person’s messages without authorization.
SMS participation is optional. If you opt in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. TAS Courier SMS is intended for service and delivery notifications, not marketing or promotional messages.
Carrier delivery, availability, and timing can vary. You should not rely on SMS for emergencies or time-critical safety decisions.
You may not use TAS Courier to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, threatening, harassing, malicious, or unsolicited content; to evade carrier controls; to interfere with the service; or to attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or messages.
TAS Courier is designed to support secure and accountable delivery in healthcare and other sensitive workflows. Use appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, send only information necessary for the authorized purpose, and follow your organization’s policies and agreements.
TAS Courier safeguards do not by themselves make every customer workflow HIPAA compliant. Compliance depends on applicable agreements, risk management, safeguards, and operating practices.
Information collected or processed through TAS Courier is handled as described in the TAS Courier Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent personal information or share SMS consent data for third-party marketing.
The TAS Guy, LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of TAS Courier when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, carrier requirements, legal obligations, or product changes. We may update these terms by posting a new effective date.
