Information we collect
Depending on how you use TAS Courier, we may receive your name, company, email address, phone or mobile number, account or service association, inquiry details, and records of messaging preferences or consent.
We also maintain operational records such as delivery events, HELP and STOP requests, suppression records, security events, and audit information needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
- Respond to questions, requests, and support needs.
- Deliver requested service or message notifications through authorized workflows.
- Record delivery, consent, HELP, STOP, and other communication preferences.
- Protect the service, investigate abuse, and meet carrier or legal requirements.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing. We may share the minimum information needed with hosting, messaging, carrier, security, and support providers that help us provide the service, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
SMS communications
If you choose to participate in an authorized TAS Courier SMS program, your mobile number and consent record are used to send the requested service or delivery communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, honor communication preferences, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal, carrier, or contractual obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity and purpose of the information.
Healthcare and sensitive workflows
TAS Courier is designed to support secure, accountable delivery in healthcare and other sensitive workflows. HIPAA compliance also depends on applicable agreements, administrative and physical safeguards, risk management, and each organization’s operating practices.
Your choices
You may use STOP to opt out of TAS Courier SMS messages and HELP to request assistance. You may also use the inquiry page to ask a question or request correction or deletion where applicable law permits.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when the service, law, or communication practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
